Hey You~

Happy Monday&Happy First Day of Fall!

Where the beauty of crisp air, cozy sweaters, apple picking, pumpkin spice, crunchy leaves and all things fall revive our souls…where we practice gratitude, embrace family, and have hope for the seasons yet to come.

What a joy it was to be back home for three weeks, to enjoy time spent with family and friends, sharing in beautiful moments together, day trips to Lake Tahoe, and simple moments spent giving thanks for the present and pondering the future. We prayed for the hours to go by slowly, we cried together, we laughed together, we rested…in a season of change for all of my family, we prayed….we prayed for our lives to reflect the beauty of Christ in the midst of change…we made pros and cons lists…we sought truth in making big decisions…we sought counsel…and now we wait. We wait in great anticipation for what God will do, how He will move us and what the manifestation of that looks like.

Academics & Adventures:

*Today is the beginning of the end- the first day back to school, the first day of the last term of nursing school! I can hardly believe that this nursing school journey is approaching its end. Entering this term, I am excited to be moving into developing my own practice, loving on pregnant mamas and assisting in bringing the miracle of life into this world!

Must-Haves:

*This Plaid…the perfect fall staple for under $20! Another favorite Target find.

*Faux-Suede Booties…another fall staple and such a cute addition to any fall outfit!

*If you’re one of those who loves all things pumpkin, then you’ll love this “Hey There Pumpkin” doormat…the perfect addition to your fall porch!

 Goals for the Week:

*Conquer the first week of nursing school with ease and excitement!

*Cultivate a culture of encouragement…

Love to you friends & Blessings on your week!

Blessings,
Lindsey
