The Weekly.

Good Morning, My Friend…

At the beginning of 2020, I chose a word

a word that I prayed over and pondered and pronounced as my word

a word that would challenge me to reach beyond my comfort zone, while learning to be content in the here and now.

a word that would propel me to see everyday in a way that inspired life and creativity.

a word that would present a choice- a choice to look up, a choice to see opportunity, a choice to explore, a choice to walk in God’s message of ‘exceedingly more than I could ever ask or imagine’.

My word…

Curiosity.

An opportunity to embrace the gift of renewal.

And here I am 7 months into the year, absent-minded to the fact that the pursuit of my word and the interest and intrigue therein, I have neglected. I’ve kept my gaze down…. focused on my plans, my intentions, and how this season has seemingly broken every plan and intention that I had.

But, Curiosity. What if I chose to ask the question, “What can this new space and these new expectations allow for?”. What if I chose to embrace curiosity in this space and learned to laugh, and learned to explore and learned to truly see the beauty of today…

So Friend, what would it look like for you to embrace curiosity in this season of your life? What would it look like for you to embrace the gift of renewal?

Career Beginnings & Life Adventures:

*Embracing this curiosity and trying to be more intentional about engaging in the good, the things that bring me laughter and the things that bring great joy to my soul…one of those things included camping with my dear friend. Thankful for the wisdom and insight that she speaks into my life…for the grace that she has for me in my darkest moments and for the love of Jesus that she shares with me in everything she does!

Must-Haves:

*This Stuff is amazing…face moisturizer and 30 SPF sunscreen in one! I wear this 365 days a year and love how it moisturizes my skin and protects it from sun damage- holy grail product here!

*Essential Oil Goodie of the Week: Valor …love putting this oil under my eyes before bed to help with puffy, dark circles and leaves my feeling skin SO SOFT!

****************************

Love on your people & keep in perspective your beautiful legacy in light of eternity.

Love and Blessings,

 Lindsey xoxo

Love that reminder to be curious! To ask “God what Do you have for me right here…in this moment…in this season….” I miss so much by having my focus too small. And having littles that are full of wonder and curiosity, I can attest to how beautiful it is to watch them live life that way. I’m sure God smiles on us when we look to him the same way. Thanks for sharing your heart friend! ❤️
